About the Camp

Whitecaps FC Pro-D Day Camps provide a high-energy, single-day soccer experience for players of all ages and abilities. Led by Whitecaps FC coaches, sessions follow The Whitecaps FC Way and combine technical development, small-sided games, and game-based learning to build confidence, creativity, and decision-making in a fun and supportive environment.

FAQ

Registration

To register, click on the "Register Now" button on this page. You will need to log in to your existing Sports Engine account or create a new one if you do not have an account. Once logged in, complete the required information and proceed with the payment to secure your spot.

 Apparel and Equipment

Players are required to wear the Whitecaps FC Camp T-shirt, which will be provided on the first day of camp. Additionally, participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing, shorts, and either cleats or running shoes.

Check-In

Upon arrival each day, please proceed to the Camp Check-in Tent, where our team will assist you with the check-in process. They will direct you to your camp group location and answer any questions you may have. Our camps team will be on-site to welcome you each day.

Arrival and Pick-Up Times

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow for check-in

 What to Bring to the Camp

Participants should bring the following items to camp each day:

  • A full water bottle
  • Cleats or running shoes
  • Whitecaps FC Camp T-shirt (provided on the first day) or comfortable athletic clothing
  • Apparel appropriate for the weather (e.g. sun protection, rain jacket, windbreaker, etc.)
  • A snack for breaks
Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct establishes principles for team officials, players, parents, guardians, and spectators to ensure soccer is a fun, safe, and positive experience for all. It is a condition that all participants read and agree to abide by the Code of Conduct at all times. Failure to comply with them will result in action from Whitecaps FC.

Air Quality Policy

Whitecaps FC is committed to ensuring a safe environment for your children above all else. In the event of an air quality advisory, Whitecaps FC uses the Government of Canada’s Observed Air Quality Index and Air Quality Guidelines as its two primary resources for making informed decisions around any changes, rescheduling or reduction of its camp programs. As conditions change, the club and its staff will always make decisions in the best interest of the players, parents, and staff, and whenever possible, commit to running the camp as scheduled.

Refund Policies

1. Received more than 14 days before the start of a camp, will be subject to a 15% administration fee on the registration amount paid.

2. Received less than 14 days but more than 2 days before the start of a camp, will be subject to a 25% administration fee on the registration amount paid.

3. Received less than 2 days before the start of a camp will not be granted.

4. Registration refunds for medical reasons can only be processed upon receipt of a note from a medical professional. These refunds will be subject to a 15% administration fee, plus a fee for any sessions transpired.

5. Approved refunds can take up to six weeks to process.

6. No partial refunds will be issued for individual sessions missed by the participant.

7. Whitecaps FC reserves the right to move players to the appropriate training group.

In the event that a session is cancelled due to weather, we will do our best to reschedule.
