FAQ
Prospects Overnight Camps

What is the difference between Development, Prospects and Prospects Overnight camps?

Choosing the right camp depends on your experience level and goals:

  • Development Camps: Perfect for beginners or those looking to build a strong foundation in soccer. Led by certified Whitecaps FC camp and academy coaches, these camps focus on teaching fundamental skills, new drills, and game concepts. Development Camps are a great starting point for players who want to improve and potentially progress within the Whitecaps system, including our Academy Centres.

  • Prospects Camps: Tailored for experienced players looking to challenge themselves. These camps feature game-like activities and exercises led by Whitecaps FC Head Coaches, helping players refine their skills and develop a winning mentality. If you have prior experience and want to push your game to the next level, the Prospects Camps are the ideal choice.

  • Prospects Overnight Camps: Designed to provide an immersive soccer experience, these camps offer participants the opportunity to train, learn, and live like a professional soccer player for 3 nights. Players will showcase their skills in front of Whitecaps FC Academy coaches, receive pre and post-game video analysis, and enjoy meals and accommodations at UBC residences. Prospects Overnight Camps are best suited for dedicated players seeking an in-depth soccer experience.
