Isaac Boehmer moved up to the Whitecaps FC first-team roster in August 2020, climbing up the club's ranks starting from their Okanagan Academy Center.

She plays well with her back to goal and her ability to link play with wide players has been a standout feature. She finishes well from a variety of situations and consistently reacts quickly to second-ball opportunities. Overall, her impact on the attacking phase has been significant, and her continued development in this role has been very encouraging.

What his coaches say: Duc had the opportunity to travel to the Whitecaps FC Academy Centre Evaluation Camp in November, and since then, he has continued to demonstrate strong development and consistency in his performances. He is a player with an advanced tactical understanding, often thinking one to two moments ahead of others on the pitch in both attacking and defending phases. Beyond his tactical awareness, Duc consistently shows a strong work ethic, a growth mindset, and natural leadership qualities. His standards on and off the pitch positively influence both his own performance and the environment around him.
